All about the Hypericum

Get autumn into your home with Hypericum, also known as St John's Wort. Hypericum is a long-day plant that flowers naturally in summer. The sunny yellow flowers grow into decorative berries. Red, orange and brown are the best known colours, but there are also white, yellow, green and pastel-coloured berries. These shiny berries are a real addition to any bouquet and provide lots of variety. You can also use the flowers, which means extra variety.

Hypercium is supplied year-round from Africa. The Hypericum from Dutch soil is harvested from the summer until the first frost. When it is too cold or wet here, we get Hypericum and Astrantia from Africa and Amaranthus from Israel. So we can enjoy these flowers all year round.
