Michaela Haas owns a flower shop in one of Munich’s trendiest neighbourhoods. She knows how to keep customers coming back.

“First of all, you need a diverse selection and the ability to respond to trends early. In addition to offering a wide range of regional, seasonal flowers, we now also provide floral styling for parties and events: personalised advice for all kinds of occasions, from christenings and weddings to funerals. Most important is having a good sense of your customers’ wishes and emotions.”

The '365 days of flowers' campaign is an initiative of the promotion committee 365 days of flowers, part of Royal FloraHolland. Over 1,800 growers from 15 different countries make this possible. They grow over 150 different flowers, which are promoted throughout the year based on Royal FloraHolland's availability dates. The objective of the '365 days of flowers' campaign is to jointly develop sales opportunities for florists.
