Aymeric Chaouche (27) works at Atelier Sören van Laer in Bornem. What is his tip for strengthening the connection with customers?

“What sets us apart from others is our personal approach. For example, when decorating a table, we always look for a custom solution. We visit the customer’s home to study their environment and create something tailored to their needs. For a design that should make an impression, we don’t just stick some fresh flowers in floral foam. This approach takes time and requires sacrifices, but customers really appreciate this level of service.”

The '365 days of flowers' campaign is an initiative of the promotion committee 365 days of flowers, part of Royal FloraHolland. Over 1,800 growers from 15 different countries make this possible. They grow over 150 different flowers, which are promoted throughout the year based on Royal FloraHolland's availability dates. The objective of the '365 days of flowers' campaign is to jointly develop sales opportunities for florists.
