"The spectacle of nature inspires me"
Janneke van Es-Roeland from Alblasserdam (NL). Flowers make Janneke very happy. “A house without flowers or plants is not alive for me; I would then miss that green touch.” She is inspired a great deal by nature and the changing of the seasons.
I enjoy working with wiring techniques and experimenting; you can use wire in so many different ways. This gives an arrangement so much more!
“How starlings make a formation, how flowers and plants grow in different phases, how the wind blows through the dunes on the coast. And when in the autumn the leaves turn red and orange, I use this as inspiration for a flower arrangement.”
