Two tips for more connection with your customers

  1. “Try to collect as much data as possible on your customer. What is that their address and when is their birthday? Place a list at the checkout where they can leave these details, and communicate clearly that they are thereby giving permission for this information to be processed and used. As a thank you, you can give them a small bunch of flowers. In this way, you can send newsletters and also, for example, offer them discounts on their birthday.”

  2. “Showcase yourself and your employees to your customers. Not only on social media, but also in the shop with attractive photos. Opening a new shop? Then do a special offer every week for six weeks, purely to introduce them to your products.”
