“I make sure our shop always looks spotless. The water must be fresh, the individual flowers in the vases should always face forward, and the bouquets need to be topped up. The customer should feel happy when they enter the shop. You can really notice there’s more demand for silk flowers – a true trend right now. A beautiful gift to give or receive, but secretly I still prefer working with fresh flowers. Especially with creations I can fully design myself. That’s when I feel the most creative.”

The '365 days of flowers' campaign is an initiative of the promotion committee 365 days of flowers, part of Royal FloraHolland. Over 1,800 growers from 15 different countries make this possible. They grow over 150 different flowers, which are promoted throughout the year based on Royal FloraHolland's availability dates. The objective of the '365 days of flowers' campaign is to jointly develop sales opportunities for florists.
